  • 1+ Years of Prior Concierge, Front Desk, or relevant experience
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience of Concierge or Front Desk in a 5‐star or 5‐diamond property
Responsibilities
  • Support the coordination of the suite approval process, ensuring all necessary elements are completed and information is communicated promptly and clearly to both guests and team members.
  • Proactively anticipate guest needs and engage with them to identify potential up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, recommending tailored features and benefits to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of MGM Resorts’ properties, including locations, amenities, services, and offerings across the brand.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with Chairman Club members by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining open, effective communication.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns within the scope of authority, while escalating issues to the appropriate channels when necessary.
