Requirements
  • A B.S. degree in Accounting, Business, or Computer Science, or five years of equivalent job experience.
  • Three years of prior management or project management experience in a healthcare environment, healthcare systems consulting, or a healthcare systems vendor setting.
Responsibilities
  • Provide direct leadership, coaching, mentoring, and performance management for Project Managers.
  • Serve as the first-level escalation point for project-related issues, risks, and stakeholder concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with PMO methodologies, governance processes, and documentation standards.
  • Monitor project portfolio health and proactively identify risks, resource conflicts, and delivery challenges.
  • Facilitate collaboration between Project Managers, operational leaders, technical teams, and executive stakeholders.
  • Support resource planning, workload balancing, and project prioritization efforts.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO.
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and professional development of Project Managers.
  • Promote accountability, transparency, and consistency across the project portfolio.
Desired Qualifications
  • Six or more years of healthcare financial or clinical systems experience.
  • Extensive experience in project management.
  • Excellent supervisory, communication, and interpersonal skills.
