Requirements
  • Maintain current membership in the OIIQ.
  • Have recent and relevant experience in this sector.
  • Hold valid training in Principes pour le déplacement sécuritaire de personnes (PDSP) from ASSTSAS.
  • Hold CPR training certification from a recognized Quebec instructor, with proof that the training was completed less than two years ago.
Responsibilities
  • Assess older adults' autonomy using SMAF/RSIPA and develop their service plans.
  • Provide required nursing care directly in the home, including dressings and clinical follow-ups.
  • Coordinate interventions by the multidisciplinary team and auxiliary staff (ASSS).
  • Support family caregivers by organizing necessary respite services.
  • Follow up on palliative and end-of-life care at home.
  • Manage user referrals to residential care settings, including RI, CHSLD, and Maison des aînés.
