Junior Logistics Specialist
About the job
- A bachelor's degree is preferred in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or a related university department.
- At least 2 years of experience in the logistics sector.
- Knowledge of technical regulations related to logistics, including international transportation, import/export, and warehouse services.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills, with self-motivation and confidence.
- Follow up on international and domestic shipments.
- Monitor daily warehouse operations.
- Support inventory management and ensure stock accuracy.
- Follow up on the requirements of retail stores and wholesale customers.
- Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, customs brokers, and business partners.
- Follow up on import customs clearance processes.
- Support the Retail, Wholesale, and Marketing teams with logistics-related activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Coordinate with EU and regional Distribution Centers.
- Follow up on operational issues and ensure their timely resolution.
