Partner with department managers to investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies, including missing, misplaced, or damaged items.
Maintain accurate inventory data in the warehouse management or enterprise resource planning system.
Report inventory inconsistencies to the Warehouse Manager or Parts Manager.
Assist with root-cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring inventory issues.
Audit and verify inventory transactions, including receiving, picking, packing, transfers, and returns.
Support annual physical inventory counts and assist with preparation and reconciliation.
Follow proper inventory-handling and storage procedures to maintain product integrity.
Work closely with warehouse staff, shipping and receiving teams, and management to ensure inventory accuracy.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

We're looking for an Inventory Cycle Counter who will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records through routine cycle counts and inventory audits. This role ensures inventory integrity by identifying discrepancies, investigating root causes, and supporting corrective actions. The Cycle Count Lead plays a key role in inventory control, helping minimize stock variances and support efficient warehouse operations.
This role will work M-F 8am-4:30pm.
