About the company

Cooper AI provides a data-driven decision intelligence platform that connects with a company’s existing data sources to synthesize and prioritize information for executives, surfacing the most important decisions to make. The system ingests enterprise data and uses AI and established methodologies to generate ongoing signals about key activities and priorities, helping leaders decide, delegate, or defer actions in a timely way. It offers an integrated, data-driven decision layer that continuously prioritizes actions across an organization or portfolio, instead of one-off analyses. Its goal is to help executive teams focus on high-impact decisions that create long-term value by reducing operational noise and enabling timely, informed action.

  • The product targets private equity portfolio companies, a budgeted buyer with urgent value-creation pressure.

What critics are saying

  • No public funding, customer, or revenue disclosure makes traction unverifiable through October 2026.
  • Open roles signal a tiny team; LinkedIn shows 11-50 employees.
  • OpenAI, Microsoft, and Palantir commoditize decision synthesis before Cooper reaches repeatable sales.

What makes Cooper AI unique
