RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement product strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
• Continue to build a world class product organization in a company that has locations across the globe.
• Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive product innovation and success.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, data insights, and business priorities.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product performance and success.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Represent the company as a product expert, both internally and externally, and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven track record of success in a senior product leadership role, preferably as a Sr. Director, VP, or Chief Product Officer.
• Extensive experience in product management, with a deep understanding of product development processes and best practices.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable product plans.
• Stellar communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams and driving outcomes with executives.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
