Technical Team Lead
About the job
- A degree in computer science or a related field and at least 7 years of development experience.
- Confirmed experience leading Agile teams.
- Proficiency in Spring Boot or .NET.
- Practical experience with large language models, prompt engineering, and agent design.
- Knowledge of web architectures, REST services, and security practices including OWASP, JWT, and authorization management.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Practical knowledge of Docker and understanding of Kubernetes fundamentals.
- Experience with CI/CD and a DevSecOps culture.
- Fluency in French and English at C1 level or higher.
- Lead the design and delivery of software solutions using Claude, Claude Code, and engineering best practices.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for clients.
- Participate in the full project lifecycle, from requirements analysis through production deployment, including design, development, quality assurance, and operational support.
- Contribute to technical architecture and implement CI/CD pipelines using Agile methodologies such as Scrum and SAFe and a DevSecOps culture.
- Mentor developers and foster a continuous-learning environment.
- Angular or React experience.
- Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Knowledge of German.
