Requirements

  • Maximize customer value and minimize churn through platform adoption
  • Own the customer experience and business outcomes of the Joint Success Plan
  • Identify new opportunities for Klue usage across the customer base
  • Advise customers on creating actionable and well-formatted content
  • Turn around common at-risk scenarios
  • Understand and advise customers with complex and multi-product offerings
