The Head of Infrastructure, BT at LiveRamp is a critical leadership role responsible for the strategy, execution, andoperational excellenceof all corporate technology infrastructure. This encompasses a broad range of areas, from end-user devices and network infrastructure to identity management, client services, andIT Service Management (ITSM). This role requires a hands-on technologist with a proven track record of leading and scaling infrastructure teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, exceptional leadership skills, a strong collaborative mindset, and a focus on operational efficiency, as this role requires close partnership with our Security organization and other key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive infrastructure strategy aligned with LiveRamp's business goals. Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing infrastructure team. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of all corporate technology infrastructure, including network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi), server infrastructure (on-premise and cloud), endpoint devices (laptops, mobile devices), collaboration tools, and identity and access management (IAM) systems.
Client Services: Lead the client services team and ensure the delivery of exceptional technical support and service to internal users. Continuously improve service levels and user satisfaction.
ITSM & Operations: Implement and manage an effective ITSM framework (e.g., ITIL) to ensure consistent service delivery, incident management, problem management, change management, and request fulfillment. Focus on optimizing infrastructure operations for performance, availability, and scalability. Drive automation and self-service initiatives.
Security Partnership: Work closely with the Security organization to ensure the security and integrity of all infrastructure systems. Collaborate on security initiatives, vulnerability management, and incident response.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with key technology vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure service level agreements are met.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the infrastructure budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation.
Innovation & Technology: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, and evaluate their potential impact on LiveRamp's infrastructure. Champion the adoption of new technologies to improve efficiency, security, and scalability.
Operational Excellence: Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and service levels. Implement proactive monitoring and alerting systems to prevent outages and ensure business continuity. Focus on continuous improvement of operational processes.
Hands-on Contribution: While a leadership role, this position requires a hands-on approach, particularly for critical issues and strategic initiatives.
About You:
15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role at a similar company.
Deep technical expertise across a broad range of infrastructure technologies, including networking, servers, storage, virtualization, cloud computing (GCP preferred), endpoint management, and identity management.
Proven experience in leading and scaling infrastructure teams with a strong focus on operational efficiency.
Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
Experience implementing and managing ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with client service and support models.

The approximate annual base compensation range is $234,000 to $275,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
