What believers are saying

  • Royal adds field oversight: visiting executives join daily safety meetings, alongside regular site visits from safety staff and superintendents.
  • Full-time infrastructure managers receive defined time off: Royal lists eight paid holidays alongside vacation and sick leave.
  • Royal demonstrates large-project execution: its September 2026 report describes 64 miles of cable replaced at San Francisco International Airport.

What critics are saying

  • Deadlines demand extra effort: Royal explicitly asks employees to stretch when critical project deadlines require it.
  • Interstate assignments limit local work: Royal's Infrastructure Project Manager opening requires out-of-state travel from Sacramento or Pleasanton.
  • Royal reported in September 2026 that San Francisco airport crews worked two additional months at night after runway reopening.

What makes Royal Electric unique

  • Royal controls concrete supply: two volumetric trucks act as batch plants when tight schedules rule out third parties.
  • Royal adds testing to construction: its California services cover Title 24 building standards compliance.
  • Royal built an airfield niche early: its airport-lighting practice dates to its first airport bids in the 1980s.
