Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years in professional HR roles with increasing responsibility
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular meetings with respective client groups
  • Provide day-to-day guidance to people managers
  • Champion a culture of inclusion and engagement
  • Provide guidance on business unit restructures and workforce planning
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions and policies
  • Stay up to date on employment laws and marketplace best practices
  • Support day-to-day administration of HR initiatives
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees on day-to-day HR questions
  • Support other HR Business Partners
  • Take ownership of at least one complex HR initiative or program rollout
  • Specialize in at least one HR function
