  • Minimum of 10+ years’ progressive experience crafting and leading compensation and benefits programs for private or public company

Responsibilities
  • Oversee development of and ongoing management / maintenance of Double Good job architecture and associated salary / bonus structure
  • Lead job evaluation and the application of Double Good’s job architecture and FLSA status to positions
  • Lead all activity related to role benchmarking and published market compensation surveys throughout the year and audit survey output, market trends and competitive pay positions to ensure compensation philosophy and practices continue to align with market
  • Ensure that compensation program and plans remain in compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations
  • Lead compensation review/benchmarking process including establishing budgets, key dates, drafting communications, and working closely with People Team
  • Design, implement and routinely assess our benefits competitiveness relative to market, and ensure program compliance
  • Actively lead the relationship with benefits broker and benefit plan vendors and auditors to effectively manage services provided, premiums and other financial obligations, and plan administration including issue resolution
  • Act as key point of contact for employee questions and issues associated with benefit programs
  • Assess opportunities to enhance benefits offering in the areas of physical, mental and financial well-being while effectively managing return on investment and alignment to budget
  • Execute processes and controls to ensure total compliance with regulatory agencies and organizations
