This role will own the end-to-end development and growth of new business units, from initial ideation through post-launch iteration and improvement. The program lead will also explore opportunities to expand into adjacent categories to fuel Eight Sleep’s growth.

How you’ll contribute

• Set goals for a special projects squad and develop plans to achieve those goals as quickly as possible

• Analyze data from sales, customer feedback, clinical research and other sources to identify areas for product improvement

• Research opportunities to expand into new products that help accelerate our mission

• Be the point of contact with manufacturers, including negotiation of agreements and payment terms

What you need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in a science or business related field and relevant work experience in a scientific industry

• 5+ years of experience in project management in a scientific field

• 2+ years of experience leading and managing teams

• Proven track record building a product or leading a new business initiative from 0 to 1

• Strong project management skills and ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to synthesize complex information and data to inform decision making

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
