  • Strong grounding in digital workplace and end-user computing technologies, including unified endpoint management, collaboration platforms, mobility, and AV/conferencing.

  • Experience leveraging automation, self-service, and AI/virtual agent technologies to reduce support volume and improve employee experience.
  • Proven ability to build, scale, and lead large, globally distributed service organizations, including hiring, developing, and retaining talent across a follow-the-sun model.
  • Experience operating in a matrixed, governance-driven environment and partnering with peers in Enterprise Architecture and IT Strategy & Transformation without direct authority over their teams.
  • Strong vendor and contract management experience, including negotiating and managing platform and outsourced support relationships, and driving vendor performance and value through structured governance such as scorecards and business reviews.
  • Sound business and financial acumen, including experience managing cost-to-serve and building business cases for employee technology investment.
  • Proven ability to bring strength and clarity to a business during periods of growth or major change, exercise sound judgment, and take a positive leadership role amid ambiguity or limited direction.

Responsibilities
  • Participate with senior IT and business leadership in developing strategic plans and objectives for employee technology, keeping the function aligned with company-wide performance and changing business needs.
  • Define and own the vision, roadmap, and operating model for Employee Technology & Digital Workplace, positioning IT as a modern, consumer-grade digital experience.
  • Translate employee and business feedback into a prioritized modernization roadmap across service desk, ITSM, endpoint, and lifecycle technology.
  • Champion a digital-first, self-service-first philosophy, shifting volume away from live support toward intuitive, automated, and AI-enabled experiences.
  • Partner with IT Strategy & Transformation to align sponsored modernization initiatives, such as virtual agent/AI deflection and a unified employee portal, with the tower's operational roadmap and capacity.
  • Own end-to-end Service Desk operations, including tiered support, major incident management, and escalation processes across a global, follow-the-sun model.
  • Modernize the ServiceNow platform through intelligent routing, virtual agent/chatbot deflection, knowledge management, and workflow automation to reduce ticket volume and resolution time.
  • Establish and monitor experience-led metrics, including CSAT, first-contact resolution, deflection rate, and mean time to resolve, alongside traditional SLAs.
  • Ensure ticketing, request, and knowledge processes are simple, consistent, and accessible through portal, chat, phone, or walk-up channels.
  • Own GRC, vendor risk management, and policy exception workflows on ServiceNow, ensuring timely processing and audit-ready records.
  • Own portal and content management for ServiceNow so employees can find and act on services and policies.
  • Own the technology experience for onboarding, transfers, and offboarding, ensuring new hires are productive on day one and departures are secure and frictionless.

  • Partner with HR, Security, and Facilities to design a seamless employee lifecycle journey with clear accountability and transparent status for employees and managers.
  • Reduce time-to-productivity for new hires and time-to-deprovision for departures, tracking both as experience and risk metrics.
  • Own engineering and lifecycle management for employee-facing endpoints, mobility, unified endpoint management, collaboration tools, and meeting-room/AV technology.
  • Modernize the digital workplace through proactive device health monitoring, zero-touch provisioning, self-healing endpoints, and simplified software deployment.
  • Ensure collaboration and meeting technologies, including video, conferencing, and messaging, provide a consistent experience across office, lab, and hybrid work settings.
  • Partner with Enterprise Architecture and Security to keep digital workplace standards secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture principles.
  • Own M365 service delivery, including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, and Power Automate, covering platform guardrails, governance, and adoption.
  • Own voice and unified communications service delivery, ensuring reliable, modern calling and conferencing across the enterprise.
  • Improve collaboration tooling to reduce friction and support hybrid and global ways of working.
  • Partner with Enterprise Architecture on platform roadmap decisions and with Security on data governance within M365 workloads.
  • Own field and deskside support across all company sites, ensuring consistent in-person support where self-service and remote resolution are insufficient.
  • Right-size the deskside support model as digital self-service and remote resolution mature, reallocating capacity toward higher-value in-person needs such as labs, executive support, and events.
  • Scale support models appropriately across corporate, R&D/lab, and manufacturing sites, tailoring services to how each population works.
  • Own end-to-end lifecycle management of end-user assets, including procurement coordination, deployment, tracking, refresh cycles, and secure disposal/decommissioning.
  • Maintain accurate asset inventory and compliance reporting for audit, cost management, and security requirements.
  • Establish an employee experience measurement framework, including CSAT, NPS, and effort scores, across all tower touchpoints, replacing purely operational SLA reporting.
  • Run a continuous improvement cadence by analyzing ticket, sentiment, and usage data to identify friction points and prioritize fixes.
  • Report employee technology experience trends and improvement outcomes to executive stakeholders, connecting operational data to business and workforce impact.
  • Own vendor relationships and contracts for service desk, ITSM, endpoint, and digital workplace tooling, ensuring value, performance, and roadmap alignment.
  • Establish vendor governance through performance scorecards, quarterly business reviews, and value/ROI tracking, holding vendors accountable for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Finance and Procurement to manage employee technology cost-to-serve while balancing experience improvements and operating budget discipline.
  • Evaluate emerging digital workplace and AI-enabled support technologies and build business cases for adoption when they improve employee experience or reduce cost-to-serve.
  • Determine the function's organizational structure and operational direction, directing critical work through subordinate managers and senior leaders.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing, globally distributed organization across service desk, lifecycle technology, digital workplace engineering, and field support.
  • Mentor and coach people leaders across the organization, investing in career growth, succession planning, and bench strength.
  • Model and reinforce a customer-focused, continuous-improvement culture, holding the team accountable to employee experience outcomes.
  • Champion development and team culture within the function, fostering collaboration across a global, follow-the-sun operating model.
  • Serve as a principal spokesperson for employee technology and digital workplace matters on significant issues, and negotiate difficult matters with senior management and functional heads internally and externally.

Regeneron shares return 25.3% in a year, but is the $816 price too high?

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals shareholders earned a 25.3% return over the past year, including dividends. The shares now trade at $816, up from $585 at the start of the period. A bullish view put fair value at $722, assuming 5.4% annual revenue growth and a 30.1% profit margin. A cautious view put it at $540, citing margin strain from US healthcare reforms and biosimilars. The evidence cut both ways. Regeneron signed multibillion-dollar collaborations in radiopharmaceuticals and Helicon peptides, and expanded its work with Sanofi. But second-quarter net margin fell from 37.9% to 30.2%, with revenue at $4,290.7 million. At $816, the price assumes pipeline assets will offset pricing pressure and competition. Risks include heavy reliance on EYLEA and Dupixent, trial uncertainty, and lawsuits.

Regeneron pivots as EYLEA HD overtakes EYLEA, with Q2 revenue up 16.7%

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals has changed its message on its eye drugs. On its July 30, 2026 call, management said the newer EYLEA HD had outsold EYLEA for the first time. In February 2025, it focused on keeping EYLEA's market share. In the second quarter of 2026, US sales of EYLEA HD rose 52% from a year earlier, while EYLEA's fell 45%. EYLEA HD now makes up about 60% of US sales for the two drugs, against 34% a year earlier. Total revenue rose 16.7%, helped by higher Sanofi collaboration revenue, EYLEA HD and Libtayo. Management expects EYLEA demand to fall by a low to mid-teens percentage each quarter in the second half, partly due to biosimilars. The stock trades at 19.2 times earnings, against 22.9 for the S&P 500.

Regeneron to book full Dupixent profit share in Q3 after $930M repayment drag

Regeneron reports third-quarter results on October 30, and it will book its full share of Dupixent profits from Sanofi for the first time. Repayments of a development balance, which stood at about $3.1 billion in 2022, cut collaboration revenue by roughly $930 million in 2025. Last quarter, Regeneron posted non-GAAP earnings per share of $14.29 against an $8.00 consensus. Revenue rose 16.73% to $4.29 billion, and global Dupixent sales reached $6.00 billion, up 38%. The companies also expanded their alliance to up to $8 billion, adding four long-acting antibodies and settling prior litigation. Eylea HD US sales hit $596 million, up 52%, passing legacy Eylea for the first time. Analysts expect third-quarter revenue of $4.56 billion.

Regeneron trades at 19.2x earnings versus Amgen's 27.1x despite similar growth

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals trades at 19.2 times earnings for the four quarters ended June 30, 2026, well below Amgen's 27.1, though both grew revenue at a similar pace. Regeneron's revenue rose 9.3% against Amgen's 9.1%. Amgen has the higher operating margin, at 30.0% against 26.9%. Its shares also gained more over the past year, rising 51.0% against 40.4%. Regeneron's largest drug, EYLEA, is shrinking. Its revenue fell to $2.75 billion in fiscal 2025 from $4.77 billion, and management expects demand to fall further as biosimilars launch. Partners supply about half of revenue, and management expects Sanofi collaboration revenue to rise from fiscal Q3 2026. The next report is expected on or around October 30, 2026.

Regeneron's weight loss drugs could challenge Eli Lilly and Novo with 19% weight loss

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals could carve out a place in the fast-growing weight loss market, where Eli Lilly and Novo are expected to stay ahead for about five years. Its drug olatorepatide, licensed from a China-based company, mimics the GLP-1 and GIP hormones, as Lilly's Zepbound does. In a Phase 3 study in China, it led to mean weight loss of up to 19% over 48 weeks, with fewer stomach-related side effects than some rivals. Regeneron still needs US late-stage trials before approval. Its other candidate, trevogrumab, helps patients keep lean mass. In a Phase 2 study alongside Novo's semaglutide, lean mass preservation reached up to 42.5%, against 7.3% with semaglutide plus placebo. Second-quarter revenue rose 17% year over year to $4.3 billion, driven by eczema drug Dupixent.
