  • Graduating with a Bachelors or advanced degree in Computer Science, Economics, or relevant technical field or successful completion of relevant bootcamp coursework
  • Graduation/Bootcamp completion date no later than May 2025
  • Ability to break down complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
  • Comfortable working with data, understanding metrics, and analyzing customer feedback
  • Experience presenting ideas, writing reports, or leading small group projects
  • Experience in gathering customer feedback, whether through projects, internships, or school assignments
  • Ability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities at once
  • Basic understanding of data analysis tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or even SQL
  • Excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn
  • Enjoys working in a fast paced environment with high collaboration
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Availability to be onsite for the duration of the program Monday-Friday in our Fort Worth office
  • Availability to work Full Time after the cohort program
Responsibilities
  • Learn about the needs of Koddi’s customers and gain a solid understanding of our competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to help shape a roadmap for your area, incorporating feedback and developing insights.
  • Assist in writing clear product documentation that identifies key customer challenges to be addressed.
  • Gather data to make informed decisions, either by working with others who can provide the data or learning how to access it yourself.
  • Aim to improve product quality by paying close attention to detail and striving for excellence in every aspect of the product.
