- A completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or an equivalent qualification.
- Several years of experience as a software or systems architect in cloud environments; mainframe experience is optional.
- Strong knowledge of application architectures using common web technologies, including Java/Spring, Angular, and ASP.NET.
- Knowledge of data architecture, interface technologies such as REST and APIs, cloud architectures such as Azure, containerization, and security architecture.
- Very good understanding of end-to-end process implementation, IT security, and operational processes, with experience in agile, scaled organizations.
- Ability to structure complex relationships, prioritize clearly, and make well-founded strategic decisions.
- Persuasive presence and strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Very good German language skills in speaking and writing, at least B2-C1 level.
- Own the overall architecture from mainframe through public cloud within ART Leben.
- Develop sustainable architectures that can be operated at appropriate cost and ensure their continued evolution across multiple teams.
- Define integrated target architectures, including APIs, interfaces, and data flows, with business units, Product Management, and IT.
- Ensure consistent implementation of target architectures in stable, scalable, performant, and secure solutions.
- Translate complex business and technical requirements into viable architecture concepts for diverse applications in collaboration with Product Management.
- Monitor compliance with mandatory architecture standards to maintain a future-proof and consistent systems landscape.
- Participate in the ART management team, provide direction, and contribute experience to strategic decisions.
- Act as the interface to IT architecture and communicate changes to overall architecture or governance to the relevant teams.
