  • Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role, with at least 5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Up to 10% travel required.
Responsibilities
  • Coaching and mentoring MDRs – conducting 1on1’s, answering questions, reviewing calls and coaching, implementing plans to improve skills.
  • Tracking inbound leads and ensuring all leads are worked properly by their team as well as evaluating best practices.
  • Partnering with cross-functional partners to take feedback on best process for inbound funnel to support marketing and sales.
  • Tracking metrics for inbound funnel and looking for places of opportunity to improve the funnel.
  • Evaluating new tactics and strategies to improve funnel as well as testing ways to get more conversions from MQLs.
