Requirements
  • Good knowledge of card payment transactions, including authentication, authorization, clearing and settlement, and fraud.
  • Knowledge of the French payment industry and technical environment, including domestic schemes, CB/Stet processing, and bank connectivity, is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Strong experience managing and manipulating datasets.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and delivery-focused abilities.
  • Ability to develop creative solutions, shift priorities, and proactively help others.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams in a matrix organization.
  • Strong autonomy, attention to detail, rigor, and synthesis skills.
  • Good professional English proficiency.
  • French speaking ability at a native or bilingual level.
Responsibilities
  • Drive the client relationship for the ACS service, including service quality and metrics.
  • Lead day-to-day service management tasks for the ACS service.
  • Set reportable metrics to measure and maintain service performance and health.
  • Prepare monthly service reviews for each client, monitoring key performance indicators, service-level agreements, and penalties.
  • Lead quarterly service review presentations for each client.
  • Coordinate with internal Technology and Operations and Product stakeholders to provide clients with a complete view of service activity and indicators, including audit actions, security issues, and business continuity planning.
  • Organize and lead client service review committees, prepare review decks, lead meetings, and write meeting minutes.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, follow-up actions, and actions taken.
  • Ensure client questions, requests, and service-quality issues are processed internally.
  • Report client requests to modify, delete, or add service-level agreements for steering committee approval and contract amendment.
  • Define and implement action plans to resolve quality issues and improve service delivery.
  • Report to the Client Services Senior Project Manager.
  • Manage client-facing service-quality documents, including reporting and action follow-up.
  • Contribute to developing and managing service contracts in the context of client relations.
  • Back up other transactional Value-Added Services service-management activities, including service reviews, client reporting, service-level agreement tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Drive the client relationship for transactional Value-Added Services, including commercial proposals and post-launch points of contact.
  • Lead day-to-day project-management tasks and manage client requests and needs.
  • Define project scope, business requirements, delivery plans, and costs.
  • Organize and lead client workshops, project committees, and steering committees.
  • Write commercial proposals.
  • Coordinate client changes internally with other services and suppliers.
  • Track project milestones, timely deployment of evolutions, and delivery of security assessments.
  • Ensure client questions, requests, and issues are addressed and processed internally.
  • Report project status, updates, and warnings to the Client Services Senior Project Manager.
  • Manage client-facing project documents, including planning, action follow-up, and reporting.
  • Provide banks with support and information on Value-Added Services, including roadmaps, workshops, user guides, and frequently asked questions.
  • Anticipate ecosystem trends and developments and recommend innovative solutions to Client Services.
  • Identify new opportunities, document client needs, and develop business cases.
  • Anticipate customer needs and propose Visa services in collaboration with Product and Sales teams.
