  • Customer service experience is required; phone experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound customer calls, provide chat help, conduct outbound customer follow-up, enter orders, answer emails, perform data entry and filing duties, and complete other tasks in various computer systems as assigned.
  • Work with management to plan, organize, and implement processes that support continued organizational growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer care in an expedient manner, including account management, sales, and tracking.
  • Answer incoming calls, texts, emails, and chats across multiple platforms.
  • Understand and promote Bump Boxes products, culture, and values.
  • Assess customers' unique needs using consultative methods and recognize potential sales opportunities.
  • Help team members complete various tasks to accomplish organizational goals.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information.
  • Fully utilize the provided systems, tools, training, and resources.
  • Assist other departments with various tasks as needed.
