  • 5+ years of managerial experience with a proven track record in managing teams, consultants, and large-scale events.
  • Extensive vendor management experience and capability in partnering with business cohorts for successful event execution.
  • Experience in executing large-scale events with 400+ attendees at external venues and onsite locations within a corporate environment.
  • Strong commitment to enhancing employee engagement and fostering a vibrant organizational culture.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and contract negotiation skills with executive presence.
  • Operational project management skills, with keen attention to detail, time and resource management.
  • Ability to work flexibly outside standard business hours when necessary.
  • Strong customer orientation with a demonstrated proactive approach in evolving events based on feedback.
  • Excellent decision-making ability under pressure, with a sense of humor and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
