Job Description

ProSidian Seeks a Sr Program Manager / Project Manager  (Contract Contingent) located In Fort Lee, VA (or surrounding area) to support an engagement for Contract Lifecycle Management on behalf of A Federal Government Agency.  The ProSidian Engagement includes but is not limited to Management & Operations Consulting related to non-personal service in support to Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) for contract lifecycle management processes to conduct prototyping and development of automated tools as indicated by re-engineered process operational requirements.  This is a non-personal services contract to provide support to Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) of up to 200 contract lifecycle management processes, and to conduct prototyping and development of automated tools as indicated by re-engineered process operational requirements.

Contract lifecycle management documentation will define a subset of requirements for agile development of A Federal Agency’s Integrated Workload Management System (IWMS) in support and execution of A Federal Agency Contract Management Office (CMO) responsibilities. This project focuses efforts on support to BPR such as LEAN analysis and process efficiencies at CMOs while developing automation necessary to implement changes or improvements in governance, process, and procedures.

The ideal Sr Program Manager / Project Manager (Contract Contingent) has the appropriate skill sets, education, work experience and work quantity to successfully meet all the requirements of this basic IDIQ and all awarded TOs on behalf of The ProSidian Engagement Team. Qualifications

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:  A Master’s Degree in either Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related discipline with five years of experience in management of enterprise projects similar in scope  and or Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline with eight years of experience in the management of similar projects or programs. The Program Manager shall have the ability to provide guidance and direction for multiple enterprise programs in implementing business process development, business re- engineering, and strategic business projects. The Program Manager shall have the capability to manage programs of high complexity and to direct the completion of multiple projects within estimated timeframes and resource constraints. The Project Manager shall coordinate all parties to calls and review work products for completeness, quality, and adherence to customer requirements  The Program Manager shall be available to the COTR via telephone between the hours of 0800 and 1700 EST, Monday through Friday, and shall respond to a request for discussion or resolution of technical problems within 24 hours of notification.

KEY PERSONNEL:  Ability To Serve As A Key Personnel Engagement Team Member.  Personnel specified as Key Personnel are considered to be essential to the work ProSidian performs. Prior to diverting any key personnel to other programs, ProSidian makes special efforts to notify Engagement Team Leads and Client Representatives reasonably in advance with appropriate justification, including proposed substitutions or replacements, in sufficient detail to permit The Client to evaluate the impact on the work ProSidian is obligated to perform.
