Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and program support, including documentation development, task tracking, meeting coordination, and communications support for day-to-day operations.
Review emails daily with the vendor to notify them of applicants' examination status.
Compile and update Excel spreadsheets covering scheduled applicant medical examinations, follow-up examinations, no-shows, medically qualified and disqualified applicants, and applicants who failed a polygraph examination or background check.
Notify the vendor when applicants fail a polygraph examination or background check and medical examination appointments must be canceled.
Communicate with applicants to address questions and concerns.
Monitor deferred applicants on an Excel spreadsheet, contact deferred applicants by email, and record follow-up appointment dates.
Retrieve requested or missing documentation by email and create and organize applicant examination files.
Distribute Medical Review Board referral and appointment confirmations to employees' supervisors and request employees' position descriptions for review.
Prepare employee summaries.
Circulate pertinent medical records to Legal for review and redaction.
Create and organize Medical Review Board case folders.
Deliver Medical Review Board folders to each board member before meetings.
Manage the Medical Review Board spreadsheet.
Provide Medical Review Board decisions to senior management for approval.

Key Responsibilities:
