Requirements
  • Strong technical acumen

Responsibilities
  • Join a new team of experienced technical platform managers and analysts
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in payment systems processing and reconciliation operations
  • Provide technical expertise in diagnosing and resolving issues related to core banking solutions and payment processing
  • Collaborate with technical and product leaders to set strategic priorities and improve efficiency
  • Manage operational relationships with external stakeholders and payment vendors
  • Use data to monitor processing performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements
  • Advocate for change and innovation across the enterprise
