What believers are saying

  • Safety support reaches EC crews daily: dedicated professionals monitor job sites, trailers and classrooms.
  • EC retains long-running service work: it still maintains its first customer, a paper mill in Camas, Washington.
  • Eligible EC office staff get 40 paid volunteer hours yearly after ninety-day probation, for 501(c)(3) nonprofits during scheduled workdays.

What critics are saying

  • EC medical coverage has a wait: full-time nonunion employees start approximately 60-90 days after hire, depending on start date.
  • EC's full-time Portland BIM Modeler 2 has variable rewards: its year-end bonus is discretionary.
  • EC's full-time National Technical Systems traveling project manager covers multiple US jobsites; its base extends beyond Portland.

What makes EC Electric unique

  • EC fabricates before installation: its off-site manufacturing holds independent product-safety certification.
  • EC checks designs against real sites: 3D scanning and augmented reality support its virtual construction service.
  • EC gives maintenance customers asset visibility: its portal tracks electrical health, maintenance logs and real-time system status.
