Requirements
- Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive management experience in healthcare, including supervisory roles.
- Experience in provider scheduling, template management, and capacity management.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business administration, public health, or related field required.
- Master’s degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MPH).
- EPIC and Cadence experience preferred (note: stated as preferred).
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Epic Template Management, Cadence configuration, and related scheduling workflows.
- Proficiency in analytics, reporting, and continuous quality improvement methodologies.
- Strong communication skills for patient, visitor, and coworker interactions; exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to convey complex information to all levels of staff and management.
- Advanced leadership and managerial skills, with ability to motivate teams, drive strategic initiatives, and foster cross-team collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict management abilities.

Responsibilities
- Lead organizational efforts to design, monitor, and optimize provider capacity across the clinical enterprise.
- Ensure patient-centric access to clinical services, oversee template management for provider and ancillary schedules, and align capacity management work to strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, clinical and operational leaders, and physicians to proactively mitigate barriers to ambulatory access and patient flow.
- Leverage data analytics, technology, and process improvement methodologies to improve capacity and access.
- Monitor and improve ambulatory access and patient flow through capacity strategies and scheduling workflows.
