Requirements
  • Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive management experience in healthcare, including supervisory roles.
  • Experience in provider scheduling, template management, and capacity management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business administration, public health, or related field required.
  • Master’s degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MPH).
  • EPIC and Cadence experience preferred (note: stated as preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Epic Template Management, Cadence configuration, and related scheduling workflows.
  • Proficiency in analytics, reporting, and continuous quality improvement methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills for patient, visitor, and coworker interactions; exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to convey complex information to all levels of staff and management.
  • Advanced leadership and managerial skills, with ability to motivate teams, drive strategic initiatives, and foster cross-team collaboration.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict management abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Lead organizational efforts to design, monitor, and optimize provider capacity across the clinical enterprise.
  • Ensure patient-centric access to clinical services, oversee template management for provider and ancillary schedules, and align capacity management work to strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, clinical and operational leaders, and physicians to proactively mitigate barriers to ambulatory access and patient flow.
  • Leverage data analytics, technology, and process improvement methodologies to improve capacity and access.
  • Monitor and improve ambulatory access and patient flow through capacity strategies and scheduling workflows.
Desired Qualifications
