The HOW Agency is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating and executing digital marketing campaigns, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Support:
- Collaborate with the Client Growth team to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Respond promptly to team inquiries, providing accurate and professional information.
- Work closely with clients to gather project requirements, campaign assets, and feedback.
Project Execution and Coordination:
- Assist the Client Growth team in executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, paid search, influencer marketing, display advertising, and email marketing.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as creative, media, and analytics, to ensure seamless campaign implementation and delivery.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring adherence to established deadlines.
- Create recaps and updates for each completed or in-progress project.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Gather campaign performance data from various sources.
- Support the analysis of campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing campaign performance and key findings.
Client Communication:
- Facilitate effective communication between the agency, clients, and network partners.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling client meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and documenting key takeaways.
- Communicate campaign updates, progress, and results to clients in a clear and professional manner.
Administrative Tasks:
- Support administrative tasks related to client accounts, including contracts, invoices, and billing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, documentation, and files.
- Assist in maintaining project management tools and systems for efficient workflow management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in a marketing or agency environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and metrics.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with project management tools and collaboration platforms is a plus.
- Self-motivated and proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and client needs.

NYC Salary Range: $75K-$80K
