  • Bachelors degree in Industrial Design or related field or equivalent combination of education or experience
  • 8+ years experience designing innovative footwear and other products.
  • Experience in technical footwear design – Football product design is a plus
  • Deep knowledge of form, color, materials, human factors, related to elevating the consumer experience
  • Ability to translate consumer knowledge and insights into product solutions and narratives
  • Strong Photoshop, Illustrator skills
  • Must be able to build high quality / accurate 2D technical drawings (tech packs)
  • Cobbling and prototyping skills are a plus
  • 3D design program experience are a plus
  • Strong sketching, illustration, and rendering skills
  • Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials
  • Must be able to generate a broad range of concepts and solutions for each project with speed and that deliver impact
  • Knowledge and experience with sustainable design and manufacturing are a plus
Responsibilities
  • Create industry-leading innovative Football footwear design from concept to reality.
  • Explore new opportunities, take risks, and change the game!
  • Participate and present your work in informal and formal reviews.
  • Collaborate and help build the design direction with the Senior Design Director.
  • Engage with cross functional partners within Color Design, Material Design, Graphic Design, 3D Design, Product Marketing, Development, Brand Marketing, Merchandising, Testing, Innovation, Researchers, Scientists, Costing.
  • Autonomously and successfully lead your projects to completion.
