- At least a Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in software development, data science, or machine learning.
- Experience mentoring, training, or coaching other engineers, interns, or peers.
- Experience defining deliverables, managing priorities, and contributing to successful project completion.
- Experience developing data-driven applications and analytics systems.
- Experience with distributed systems and data processing frameworks, including Spark, PySpark, or Scala.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure such as Amazon Web Services for application deployment and optimization.
- Experience developing applications using programming or scripting languages such as Python, Java, or PHP.
- Build and manage a high-performing engineering team, identifying and addressing skill gaps as the company grows.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers.
- Ensure robust information technology infrastructure that supports the company's business operations.
- Manage the maintenance and optimization of Amazon Web Services infrastructure.
- Oversee the development, optimization, and maintenance of technical code.
- Provide training on and actively participate in writing and reviewing code across multiple languages.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to drive product innovation and successful project delivery.
- Set and maintain high standards for employee ethics, code quality, architecture, and system design.
- Drive continuous improvement through the adoption of best practices, tools, and technologies.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, aiding in problem-solving and decision-making processes.
