Tenon brings marketing automation to ServiceNow AI Platform for unified customer engagement

Tenon has integrated marketing automation into the ServiceNow AI Platform, enabling organisations to manage customer engagement alongside sales, service, and operations on a unified system. The integration aims to eliminate data silos by connecting marketing teams to the same customer data and workflows used across the business. Ben Person, Tenon's CEO, said the move helps organisations extend their CRM strategy beyond traditional functions to include customer engagement. MCNC, a North Carolina technology nonprofit, is using the integration to execute campaigns within ServiceNow, leveraging operational data for more targeted outreach. The partnership addresses a common challenge where marketing teams operate separately from other customer-facing departments, creating disconnected experiences. By consolidating functions onto ServiceNow's platform, companies can build a complete view of customer interactions.
