Responsibilities
  • Support weekly video content capture for YouTube videos and shorts, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn features, and website content.
  • Prepare interview questions and edit content under marketing management supervision.
  • Capture community events and activations for strategic social media and email community content.
  • Optimize older blog posts for monthly community newsletters.
  • Convert existing educational assets into blog posts.
  • Edit and synthesize transcripts of professional education events for blog posts and resource bundles.
  • Complete and maintain the media library database with the marketing management team.
  • Support calendar graphics for monthly community newsletters.
  • Support graphics for digital screens.
  • Organize existing databases and libraries for ease of use.
  • Organize and support family portal content briefs.
  • Support basic KPI reporting and analytics with management guidance and mentorship.
  • Help maintain email calendars for parent and family community newsletters, accounting for mental health awareness days, community activities, and events.
  • Assist in building and maintaining contact databases for ongoing partnership collaborations.
  • Research and contact directories, and audit and track valuable backlinks.
  • Audit blogs that are not ranking and flag them for adaptation.
  • Conduct market research to identify seasonal trends and opportunities.
  • Conduct market research for special projects supporting marketing and communications strategic objectives and goals.
