Requirements
  • You are studying business administration, tax law, business law, human resources management, international management, or a comparable field.
  • You are interested in international human-resources topics, Global Mobility, and questions involving wage tax, social security, and employment law.
  • You enjoy conducting research and presenting complex matters in a structured manner.
  • You work confidently with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • You have very good German and good English language skills in speaking and writing.
  • You work independently, carefully, and in a structured manner and handle confidential information responsibly.
  • You demonstrate initiative, reliability, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
  • You support the Global Mobility team with its day-to-day work and independently handle tasks related to international employee assignments after structured onboarding.
  • You gain insight into International Assignments, Global Payroll, workation, and business-trip compliance and actively contribute to their implementation.
  • You research international questions concerning wage tax, social security, residence law, and immigration and prepare the information for the relevant audience.
  • You create assignment notifications and support applications for working remotely from abroad.
  • You coordinate and support international Global Mobility processes while working closely with internal contacts, external service providers, and authorities.
  • You contribute to the continuous development of Global Mobility processes and documentation.
Desired Qualifications
  • Initial practical experience in human resources or an international environment is advantageous but not required.
  • Knowledge of SAP, wage tax law, or social security law is advantageous but not required.
