  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field required.
  • A minimum of 4-7 years of experience in Contract Administration is required.
  • Proven track record working on large-scale construction projects valued over $100 million required.
  • Proficiency in various contract types (e.g., lump sum, unit rate, cost plus, T&M, etc.) required.
  • Strong data analysis skills with exceptional attention to detail are required.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel, is required.
  • Ability to interpret and understand technical blueprints and schematics required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, along with effective presentation skills required.
Responsibilities
  • Manage all contractual aspects of the project throughout the construction phase.
  • Prepare bids and negotiate specifications for materials, equipment, manpower, and other construction services.
  • Ensure that all contracts comply with company standards and project requirements.
  • Report to the Project Controls Manager and collaborate closely with the Project Controls team to support project success.
