Requirements
  • The candidate must have at least 4 years of experience across multiple marketing functions, including field, brand, product, and/or demand generation marketing.
  • The candidate must be able to independently own projects end-to-end and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • The candidate must have strong communication and storytelling skills, with an eye for brand and design.
  • The candidate must have experience at a startup or high-growth company where resources are limited and creativity is critical.
  • The candidate must be willing to work in-office 5 days a week in San Francisco.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the conference and event strategy, including selecting events, organizing the company’s presence, and measuring return on investment.
  • Craft and communicate the SafetyKit story through customer case studies, thought leadership, and consistent activity on channels such as LinkedIn.
  • Translate product features into clear customer value propositions, refine messaging, and enable sales with positioning and collateral through Account Based Marketing.
  • Build and run campaigns across digital and offline channels to drive awareness, pipeline, nurturing, and revenue growth.
  • Own the entire marketing function and define the company’s marketing playbook and foundation for future growth.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in Trust and Safety, Risk, or Compliance industries.
  • Prior experience marketing to mid-market and enterprise marketplaces, payments providers, or content platforms.

It analyzes user reports, including audio transcripts and images, automates triage and routing, and integrates with existing CRM systems to categorize and flag tickets.
