Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Client Services, Operations, or a related front-office role within a leading investment bank or financial institution.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing and growing complex institutional client relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience with Prime Broker Custody, Futures and Cleared Derivatives, Equity Synthetics and Contracts for Difference, Cash Equity and Fixed Income Securities, Foreign Exchange, and Over-the-Counter Derivatives including Credit Derivatives, Interest Rate products, and Equity Derivatives.
  • Exceptional understanding of global financial markets, instruments, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to interpret complex data such as client balance trends and market share and perform root cause analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging senior client stakeholders and internal partners.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to complex challenges.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities under pressure, and work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to influence, collaborate, and drive results across cross-functional and global teams.
  • A high degree of accountability, action orientation, and focus on outcomes.
  • Fluent German language proficiency.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of institutional clients, including hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, and sovereign wealth funds, and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Engage clients to understand their evolving business needs, operational requirements, and strategic roadmaps; identify service-enhancement opportunities and deepen relationships to maintain and grow their activities with Goldman Sachs.
  • Lead client meetings, business reviews, and strategic discussions by presenting solutions, market insights, and firm capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Trading, and Relationship Managers to onboard new clients and expand existing mandates.
  • Oversee and drive resolution of complex operational, technical, and service-related issues across Prime Services and Franchise products and functions.
  • Act as a strategic liaison between clients and Operations, Technology, Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure service delivery, issue resolution, and proactive communication.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives to streamline workflows, enhance the client experience, increase straight-through processing, and improve operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Coordinate across relevant internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient startup process for new accounts.
  • Provide expert guidance and thought leadership to clients on product capabilities, market trends, regulatory changes, and new reporting and technology applications.
  • Stay current on industry developments, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to advise clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, credit, and reputational risks associated with client activities and service delivery, escalating potential risks at an early stage.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements, including checks concerning short-sale violations, trade cancellations and corrections, and aged settlements.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of risk controls and best practices within the client services function.
  • Contribute to team strategy, process improvements, and knowledge-sharing initiatives, including working group calls with global audiences.
  • Lead or actively participate in strategic projects that enhance the Prime Services offering, client experience, and internal efficiencies.
  • Conduct periodic relationship reviews and monitor and manage billing accuracy.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field.

Goldman Sachs has added Amazon to its conviction buy list with a 12-month price target of $375, representing approximately 50% upside from current levels. Sharon AI secures $356M GPU-backed debt facility to fund AI infrastructure expansion

Sharon AI has entered into a US$356 million GPU-backed debt facility at a fixed rate of 9.95%. The facility will support deployment of compute infrastructure for customer contracts and is secured against GPUs and associated cash flows. Goldman Sachs and select private credit funds are among the investors in this inaugural senior secured facility. Sharon AI plans additional GPU financings to support deployment of over 68,000 NVIDIA GPUs by mid-2027. The Australian neocloud provider has now secured over US$2.6 billion in institutional debt and equity capital over the past 10 months. The company reports total contract value of over US$8.8 billion from its customer base. Sharon AI delivers AI infrastructure across Australia, New Zealand, and the Asia-Pacific region. Jarden Australia acted as sole financial adviser and arranger for the transaction.
