Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training, ideally with a focus on human resources or payroll.
  • Sound knowledge of payroll accounting, including tax and social-security law.
  • Ideally, initial experience with SAP H4S4 and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in the digital optimization of payroll processes.
  • Ability to approach colleagues and explain complex matters clearly.

Responsibilities

  • Process payroll for an assigned group of employees.
  • Run the monthly payroll cycle and handle follow-up activities such as social security, tax, and DEÜV reporting.
  • Maintain master and transaction data in SAP and optimize digital workflows.
  • Answer employee questions and provide guidance on current social-security and tax regulations.
  • Handle reporting and certificate administration.
  • Identify improvements and help optimize payroll processes.
