Requirements

A successfully completed degree in business administration or an equivalent qualification, along with relevant experience in B2C product management.
Experience in sales or a sales-related background is desirable for translating customer needs and market requirements into product development.
Use market research to understand customer needs and derive concrete recommendations.
Apply analytical thinking to translate market information into well-founded decisions and compelling product concepts.
Interest in consumer trends and motivation to actively develop products further.
Ability to advance topics in an international environment, gain support from diverse stakeholders, and take responsibility for results.
Confidently conduct presentations, workshops, and coordination meetings.
Fluent communication skills in German and English.

Responsibilities

Define products and product programs in close cooperation with technical product development, ensuring that customer needs are incorporated into new solutions at an early stage.
Use market, competitor, and trend analyses to derive concrete measures and actively drive the further development of existing product generations.
Contribute expertise to the development of marketing concepts and sharpen relevant unique selling propositions for different target groups and markets.
Coordinate product launches with international sales companies and ensure a successful market launch of new device generations.
Shape the next generation of handheld products with a clear focus on consumer needs and translate trends into relevant product features.
Serve as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on product-specific questions and provide guidance on complex topics.
Develop product strategies and roadmaps in close coordination with international interfaces to strengthen long-term competitiveness in core markets.

Mit einem klaren Blick auf Konsumentenbedürfnisse gestaltest du die nächste Generation unserer Handstick-Produkte und übersetzt Trends in relevante Produktfeatures
Für interne und externe Ansprechpersonen bist du die zentrale Anlaufstelle bei produktspezifischen Fragestellungen und schaffst Orientierung bei komplexen Themen
Durch die enge Abstimmung mit internationalen Schnittstellen entwickelst du Produktstrategien und Roadmaps, die unsere Wettbewerbsfähigkeit in den Kernmärkten langfristig stärken

Das überzeugt uns

Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie relevante Erfahrung im B2C-Produktmanagement
Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder einen vertriebsnahen Hintergrund bringst du idealerweise mit und kannst dadurch Kundenbedürfnisse und Marktanforderungen gezielt in die Produktentwicklung einbringen.
Marktforschung nutzt du gezielt, um Kundenbedürfnisse besser zu verstehen und daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten
Analytisches Denken hilft dir dabei, Marktinformationen in fundierte Entscheidungen und überzeugende Produktkonzepte zu übersetzen
Du interessierst dich für Konsumententrends und die Motivation, Produkte aktiv weiterzuentwickeln
Auch in einem internationalen Umfeld bringst du Themen voran, gewinnst unterschiedliche Stakeholder für deine Ideen und übernimmst Verantwortung für Ergebnisse
Präsentationen, Workshops und Abstimmungsrunden führst du souverän durch und kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch
