- Be a licensed registered nurse in Sweden, with solid clinical experience.
- Bring a science-minded, research-oriented approach; experience in clinical studies, data collection, or clinical trials is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and reliability, with a track record of following protocols precisely and documenting accurately.
- Have skill in clinical photography and taking measurements consistently, or the ability to learn quickly.
- Be organized and manage time effectively, working independently and owning a process end to end.
- Communicate professionally and maintain a patient-focused approach.
- Be fluent in Swedish and professional English.
- Demonstrate a mature, steady presence and commitment to staying with the practice long term.
- Manage the schedule for post-operative follow-up appointments.
- Capture standardized post-operative photography and precise measurements at each follow-up, following study protocols exactly.
- Collect, enter, and verify clinical data points for ongoing studies and patient records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistent timing.
- Provide post-operative care as needed, including wound checks, dressing changes, and patient education on recovery.
- Maintain thorough, accurate documentation and promptly flag missing data, deviations, or patient concerns to the surgeon.
- Partner with surgeons and clinic staff to schedule follow-ups and keep study timelines on track.
- Support anesthetic and perioperative care when needed.
- Experience in surgical, plastic surgery, wound care, or research settings.
- Anesthetic nursing experience.
- Experience in plastic surgery or aesthetics.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and data-entry systems.
