- Proven track record of sales success in government agency / public sector
- Thorough understanding of US Public Sector procurement processes and contract vehicles
- Strong knowledge of government technology standards, security protocols and the regulations impacting the sale of technology solutions to the Public Sector customers
- Proven ability to motivate team members
- Demonstrated understanding of strategic sales techniques in a high transaction environment, specifically in the Software industry
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of at least three industries and/or market segments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel as required
- Create and execute a Public Sector strategic sales plan
- Achieve customer-specific revenue and growth targets
- Own the ZeroFox relationship with Public Sector customers
- Identify new business opportunities and develop new senior level relationships
- Nurture and grow existing relationships
- Own the ZeroFox growth plan and drive ZeroFox’s position with customer upward
- Set and review performance and sales goals of sales team
- Work with sales teams to meet KPI’s and goals in day-to-day performance, sales, and increased product knowledge
- Conduct group Quarterly Business Reviews
- Responsible for recruitment and hiring of Public Sector staff
- Interpret and adhere to sales policies and advises sales teams in the handling of these policies
- Deliver timely and accurate sales forecasts to management
