  • Experience in software / SaaS sales
  • Experience leading and managing sales teams
  • Progressively responsible experience within the Government technology sales arenas
  • Proven track record of sales success in government agency / public sector
  • Thorough understanding of US Public Sector procurement processes and contract vehicles
  • Strong knowledge of government technology standards, security protocols and the regulations impacting the sale of technology solutions to the Public Sector customers
  • Proven ability to motivate team members
  • Demonstrated understanding of strategic sales techniques in a high transaction environment, specifically in the Software industry
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of at least three industries and/or market segments
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to travel as required
Responsibilities
  • Create and execute a Public Sector strategic sales plan
  • Achieve customer-specific revenue and growth targets
  • Own the ZeroFox relationship with Public Sector customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop new senior level relationships
  • Nurture and grow existing relationships
  • Own the ZeroFox growth plan and drive ZeroFox’s position with customer upward
  • Set and review performance and sales goals of sales team
  • Work with sales teams to meet KPI’s and goals in day-to-day performance, sales, and increased product knowledge
  • Conduct group Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Responsible for recruitment and hiring of Public Sector staff
  • Interpret and adhere to sales policies and advises sales teams in the handling of these policies
  • Deliver timely and accurate sales forecasts to management
