Requirements
  • Technical training in refrigeration and air conditioning, from CAP/BEP through Bac+2.
  • At least 5 years of experience maintaining refrigeration installations.
  • Regulatory refrigerant-handling qualification, at minimum Category I.
  • Required electrical authorizations.
  • Proficiency in industrial and commercial refrigeration technologies and specialized tools, including gauges, a vacuum pump, thermometers, and a refrigerant recovery unit.
  • A valid Category B driving licence for travel within a 2-hour radius of Chalamont.
Responsibilities
  • Install and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on refrigeration installations within a 2-hour radius of Chalamont.
  • Diagnose and repair faults in industrial and commercial refrigeration equipment.
  • Check operating parameters using visual and audible checks and specialized tools.
  • Provide technical support to local operations teams.
  • Start up installations and verify proper operation at the end of each intervention.
  • Follow environmental-protection measures and procedures for handling refrigerants.
  • Develop and implement action plans to improve equipment availability and optimize performance.
  • Write intervention reports and complete and obtain customer signatures on work orders.
  • Inform customers about installation operating conditions and record information needed to prepare quotations.
  • Follow safety rules and health, safety, and environmental procedures, and wear required personal protective equipment.

Veolia raises $1.3B in oversubscribed senior bond offering with $3.8B orders

Veolia posts 10.4% net income growth in H1 2026, raises full-year guidance to 8%

Veolia Environnement reported revenue of €22.93 billion for the first half of 2026, up 1.5% at constant scope and foreign exchange, excluding energy prices. The company's EBITDA reached €3.55 billion, rising 5% with margins improving by 70 basis points to 16%. Current net income grew 10.4% at constant scope and forex, whilst net free cash flow improved by €164 million compared to the same period in 2025. The company achieved €195 million in efficiency gains during the period. Veolia completed its acquisition of Cleaners in the United States, which contributed to net financial debt of €24.5 billion. The company raised its full-year 2026 current net income growth guidance to at least 8%, citing strong operational performance and well-controlled financial charges. Veolia launches $452M non-dilutive cash-settled convertible bonds due 2032

Veolia Environnement has launched a €400 million offering of non-dilutive cash-settled convertible bonds due January 2032. The bonds will be offered exclusively to qualified institutional investors through an accelerated bookbuilding process. The synthetic convertible bonds offer exposure to Veolia's share performance but will be cash-settled only, without issuing new shares. The bonds will bear an annual interest rate between 0.50% and 0.75%, with a conversion premium of 20% over a reference share price. Concurrently, Veolia will purchase cash-settled call options to hedge its exposure. The company intends to use proceeds for general corporate purposes, including purchasing the options. Veolia raises $791M through convertible bond offering to refinance 2021 debt

Enviri spins off New Enviri as standalone public company with $1.2B revenue after Clean Earth sale
