About the Job

Requirements

  • Training in patternmaking and grading.
  • At least 3 years of experience making patterns and grading women’s garments in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in Gerber.
  • Experience in women’s garment grading.

Responsibilities

  • Grade collection patterns and measurement sheets while ensuring Mango’s quality standards, including plus sizes on selected styles.
  • Attend daily grading fit sessions to test graded samples with live models alongside the base size, checking the fit and appearance of each design across all sizes.
  • Use Gerber and its 3D version to place sizes on an avatar and check the appearance when necessary.
