- Assist and support the recruiting team with full-lifecycle recruiting.
- Source and pipeline potential candidates using a multichannel approach, including job boards, LinkedIn, and Monster.
- Collaborate with clients and hiring managers and create job descriptions based on hiring managers' needs.
- Prescreen and prequalify candidates.
- Act as the first point of contact for candidates while maintaining the company's professional image.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews.
- Update candidate information using the internal applicant tracking system.
- The ability to speak Chinese is highly preferred.
