Requirements
  • Be a member in good standing of the OIIQ.
  • Demonstrate clinical autonomy during night shifts, rigor, and adaptability in a multi-client unit.
  • Be available to start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing clinical monitoring, assessment, and required nursing care for patients in the multi-client unit.
  • Administer medications and prescribed treatments according to applicable CISSSBSL protocols.
  • Collaborate closely with the on-call team and night medical team to ensure patient safety and continuity of care.
  • Maintain patient records rigorously and ensure a smooth handoff during shift changes.
