- A current driver's license is required.
- The ability to occasionally lift or move more than 50 pounds is required.
- The ability to work with tools on vehicles lifted above the technician's head is required.

- Perform maintenance and repair services, including oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, suspension alignments, and related services.
- Perform state-mandated vehicle emissions and safety inspections in accordance with state regulations.
- Troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively as part of a team.
- Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
- Ensure preventive-maintenance reports are complete and accurate.
- Comply with federal, state, and local service-operation regulations, including hazardous-waste disposal and Occupational Safety and Health Administration right-to-know requirements.
- Assist with housekeeping functions as directed by management.
- Work closely with the service department and communicate the extent of vehicle damage or malfunctions to guests.
- Follow and promote standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
