IT Asset & Procurement Administrator @ Anduril

Job Responsibilities:

Facilitates the procurement, deployment and tracking of Anduril IT provided hardware and enterprise software
Work with the IT Asset Manager to mature processes for asset management lifecycle
Maintains hardware stock, accessories and supplies to established min/max levels on an ongoing basis
Forecast inventory needs based on projects, new hires, and refresh cycle
Administers company hardware deployment, refresh, preservation, or disposal based on established guidelines or asset lifecycle
Notifies IT Management of product availability, pricing changes, upgrades, and new hardware releases
Identifies savings opportunities for hardware and software including but not limited to software licensing and renewals
Research equipment and software and make recommendations on vendors, manufacturers, and product versions
Work with internal Purchasing team for vendor management
Assist with maintaining asset management, technology refresh and procurement related documentation
Tracks and recovers hardware from exiting Anduril users
Tracks and ships hardware to remote sites as needed
Other projects and duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

At least 3 years’ experience in an enterprise IT Asset Management role
Advanced knowledge of computer components and IT hardware
Experience with ticketing systems, such as Jira or ServiceNow
Experience with creating technical documentation
Experience with mobile device management (MDM) tools, such as JAMF Pro or Workspace One
Adapts well in a professional, fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent organizational, time management and communications skills
Ability to work independently or as a team
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Word and Outlook
Experience with purchasing systems and punchout processes
Experience with asset management systems like Oomnitza

US Salary Range

$70,000—$105,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril’s total compensation package.
