  • Strong program and change management skills, with comfort operating in ambiguity and building new organizational capabilities from scratch.
  • Sound judgment regarding risk, controls, and the appropriate pace and boundaries of automation in regulated financial processes.
Responsibilities
  • Define and lead the enterprise Finance Innovation strategy and multi-year roadmap for artificial intelligence and agentic workflow adoption across all Finance sub-functions.
  • Partner with the CFO organization and Finance leadership to identify, prioritize, and develop business cases for artificial intelligence opportunities based on value creation, risk profile, and feasibility.

  • Monitor the external artificial intelligence and finance-technology landscape, including agentic frameworks, large language model-based finance copilots, and the evolution from robotic process automation to agentic automation, and translate relevant developments into internal opportunities.
  • Partner with Product, Technology, Data and Analytics, and external delivery partners on agentic workflow and artificial intelligence initiatives as the Finance domain voice by defining use cases, finance requirements, and success criteria and providing feedback through design, build, and deployment.
  • Own Finance-side accountability across the delivery lifecycle, including opportunity identification and prioritization, requirements definition, controls and change management within Finance, adoption, and validation of realized value.
  • Specify finance control requirements for agentic systems, including human-in-the-loop oversight, exception handling, and escalation, and validate that implemented frameworks remain within Finance risk, controls, and Sarbanes-Oxley and regulatory boundaries.
  • Convene Internal Audit, Sarbanes-Oxley, and Compliance to define control and documentation standards for artificial-intelligence-driven finance processes and carry those requirements into Product and Technology builds.
  • Partner with the EVP of Integration on Fusion systems integration work so Finance requirements, controls, and adoption considerations are represented in Finance systems and processes.
  • Identify opportunities for agentic automation in journal entries, reconciliations, close checklists, and financial reporting.
  • Champion artificial-intelligence-augmented forecasting, scenario modeling, and variance analysis to improve business-planning speed and accuracy.
  • Explore agentic support for cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, bank reconciliations, and risk monitoring.
  • Identify artificial intelligence applications in tax provision, compliance documentation, and regulatory research and monitoring.
  • Drive automation of production cost tracking, budget-to-actual analysis, and studio and content cost reporting for media production.
  • Champion agentic solutions for participations and residuals calculations, contract interpretation, and reporting.
  • Serve as a visible champion and educator for artificial intelligence adoption by building Finance-wide fluency and comfort with agentic tools through training, communication, and hands-on enablement.
  • Develop governance structures, including an artificial intelligence use-case intake process and a Finance Innovation council or working group with representation across Finance sub-functions.
  • Partner with Human Resources and Finance leadership to evolve talent, role design, and ways of working as agentic workflows change finance work.

  • Build relationships with Technology, Data and Artificial Intelligence, Legal, business-unit finance leaders, and the EVP of Integration to ensure alignment and shared ownership of innovation initiatives, including Fusion-related systems integration work.
  • Represent the company's Finance Innovation agenda in relevant internal forums and, where appropriate, external industry settings.

LaKeith Stanfield to star in Blumhouse and Paramount Primal horror 'Molepeople' for 2027.

LaKeith Stanfield to star in Blumhouse and Paramount Primal horror 'Molepeople' for 2027. Modified date: October 10, 2026 Discover more Preorder Games Paramount and Blumhouse have finalized a mid-summer 2027 release for the upcoming horror film Molepeople, with LaKeith Stanfield set to lead the cast. The announcement, shared during New York Comic-Con, confirms that Stanfield has stepped into the role originally intended for Anthony Ramos. The film is scheduled for a wide theatrical release on August 27, 2027. It marks a significant collaboration between the newly launched Paramount Primal label and the recently merged genre powerhouses Blumhouse and Atomic Monster. A New take on subterranean urban legends. Directed by Rob Savage from a screenplay by Nathan Elston, Molepeople centers on a man who discovers a twisted society living within the abandoned tunnels beneath New York City. While the plot draws on long-standing urban legends regarding subterranean dwellers, Savage has indicated that the film will lean into a gritty, visceral aesthetic. During the project's preview, Savage compared the intended tone to 1970s horror staples like The Texas Chainsaw Massacre and The Hills Have Eyes. The production aims to capture a raw, high-tension atmosphere rather than a traditional supernatural approach. Discover more Book Cleaning Shop Appliances Production timeline and casting. According to reporting from The Hollywood Reporter, Ben Mendelsohn will star alongside Stanfield in a yet-to-be-disclosed role. The casting of Stanfield represents a shift in the project's development, as the actor takes over the lead as the film moves toward active production. Filming is slated to begin in the United Kingdom in late November or early December 2026. This timeline allows for an extensive post-production period before the film hits theaters in late August 2027, a corridor often utilized for high-concept genre releases. The project highlights the strategic direction of Paramount Primal, an imprint designed to house specialized, lower-budget genre films. By partnering with Blumhouse and James Wan's Atomic Monster, Paramount is positioning Molepeople as a key entry in its upcoming horror slate, bridging the gap between independent-style grit and major studio distribution. Live-Action Cyberpunk 2077 movie in development at Paramount.

Live-Action Cyberpunk 2077 movie in development at Paramount. Hollywood continues its rush to make more video game adaptations following Mario and Minecraft success Cyberpunk 2077 is the latest video game reportedly making the leap to the big screen via a movie from Paramount. On October 8, Deadline and Variety both reported that a live-action Cyberpunk 2077 film was in the works. Transformers producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura is connected to the in-development project. Witcher and Cyberpunk 2077 studio CD Projekt Red is also involved and will help produce the upcoming project, which is still very early in development. No story details or information on casting, writers, or directors was shared by either outlet. "We're excited about Paramount as a future partner who shares our creative ambitions for the Cyberpunk franchise. We look forward to sharing more details at the appropriate time," said CDPR's joint CEO Michał Nowakowski on Twitter. Cyberpunk 2077 has been a massive hit for CD Projekt Red. Following a rough launch in 2020, the first-person sci-fi open-world RPG has received numerous free updates as well as a massive paid DLC in the form of 2023's Phantom Liberty. Cyberpunk 2077, which features Keanu Reeves as Johnny Silverhand, has sold over 40 million copies worldwide. A sequel from CD Projekt Red is in the works. This is just one more video game movie adaptation to toss on the pile. Over the last few years, video games have become big business in Hollywood. TV shows like Fallout and The Last of Us have been mega hits for Amazon and HBO, respectively. Meanwhile, movies like Sonic, Minecraft, Super Mario, and the recently released Resident Evil have proved that the era of video game movies being flops that nobody likes is well and truly over. Now Hollywood is desperate to turn every big game into a movie, including stuff like Arc Raiders. For Paramount, this news comes shortly after the company officially merged with Warner Bros. to create the new company Skydance, led by rich failson and terrible actor David Ellison. Bobby Kotick, former CEO of Activision, was recently named a member of the new company's board. Level up your inbox.
