About the job
- A degree in Industrial Engineering is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in similar positions on construction projects is required.
- A high level of English is required.
- Coordinate the assigned works and manage their costs and schedules.
- Execute the parts of the project assigned within the unit or department according to established procedures.
- Coordinate the human and material resources required and drive significant improvements to the project.
- Execute the construction work contracts.
- Plan, optimize, and supervise resource use to ensure construction works are completed on schedule, to specification, and within the established cost.
- Manage contracts and obtain the required permits and licenses.
- Prepare budget estimates.
- Plan and establish construction phases.
- Supervise subcontractor activities and subordinate or construction-worker personnel.
- Verify progress and work quality throughout all project phases.
- Represent the company in relevant matters.
