Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company
As BILL’s Director of Marketing Technology, you will lead a dynamic team specializing in web engineering and marketing technology, focusing on evolving and optimizing our marketing lifecycle. In this crucial role, you will blend analytical acumen and technical expertise to architect robust, scalable solutions. Collaborate closely with Marketing and other cross-functional teams to engineer a versatile technology framework that integrates seamlessly with BILL’s diverse channels and products.
- Strategic Leadership: Serve as the visionary "Product Manager" for our marketing technology business applications, steering strategic direction and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Solution Architecture: Analyze complex business challenges and architect scalable solutions that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our marketing operations.
- Team Management and Collaboration: Lead a team of web engineering and marketing technology experts. Foster collaboration with Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations, and other cross-functional teams to innovate and drive marketing technology advancements.
- Innovation and Growth Culture: Foster a culture of growth and innovation within the Marketing Technology team. Develop and implement cutting-edge, customer-specific marketing strategies that demonstrably drive value and business results.
- Customer Experience Excellence: Design and enhance the customer journey, ensuring a superior experience across all lifecycle stages and touchpoints.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage potential risks and opportunities within the customer lifecycle.
- Vendor Relations: Represent BILL in interactions with marketing technology vendors, upholding our values and interests.

The estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above.
