Requirements
  • A Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree is required.
  • Six to ten or more years of continuous improvement or quality experience is required.
  • Experience with process mapping, root cause analysis, and data analysis is required.
  • Analytical rigor, adaptability, and coaching capabilities are required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office business tools is required, including Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word; proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio is expected.
  • A Facility Clearance is required for ProSidian team members, and a Department of Energy clearance may be required based on the assigned work.
  • Travel must be coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing in advance.
Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Lean and Six Sigma activities.
  • Track metrics and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct process mapping.
  • Develop and implement oversight programs.
  • Prepare oversight program documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Ensure compliance and enhance operational efficiencies within the Hanford site.
  • Develop Department of Energy process improvement dashboards.
  • Provide program and project management support in daily business activities and initiatives.
  • Support oversight and general support services for the Assistant Manager for Safety, Environment, and Quality functional area across the Hanford Field Office.
  • Work predominantly on-site at the Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site, with some remote support as approved by the Contracting Officer.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior Department of Energy experience is preferred.
  • Lean or Six Sigma certifications are desirable.
  • Quality or continuous improvement certifications are helpful.
