About the job
- A bachelor's degree (BS or BA) is required.
- Six to ten or more years of continuous improvement or quality experience is required.
- Process mapping, root cause analysis, and data analysis are required.
- Business tools proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required; advanced Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, and proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio are identified as ideal.
- A Facility Clearance is required for ProSidian team members; personnel performing classified work must also have a Facility Clearance. DOE clearance is required when specified by the task description.
- Travel must be coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in advance.
- Employees must establish, manage, pursue, and fulfill annual goals and objectives, including at least three goals for each of the firm's eight competencies.
- Employees are expected to support business development and other efforts on behalf of ProSidian Consulting.
- Facilitate Lean/Six Sigma activities, track metrics, implement corrective actions, and conduct process mapping.
- Develop and implement oversight programs, prepare documentation, and support continuous improvement efforts to ensure compliance and improve operational efficiency at the Hanford site.
- Provide program and project management support in daily business activities and initiatives.
- Develop DOE process improvement dashboards.
- Support the Hanford Field Office across safety, environment, quality, electrical, facility representation, industrial hygiene and occupational safety, training, environmental and regulatory work, safety and security enforcement, nuclear safety, criticality safety, engineering, radiological protection, structural work, quality assurance, and fire protection.
- Conduct the work predominantly on-site at the Hanford Field Office, with some remote support as approved by the Contracting Officer.
- Support multiple programs in a cross-functional capacity.
- DOE experience is preferred.
- Lean/Six Sigma certifications are desirable.
- Quality or continuous improvement certifications are helpful.
