- A completed degree in business or computer science, engineering sciences, or an IT vocational qualification; alternatively, an equivalent qualification gained through relevant professional and project experience.
- Comprehensive experience in IT architecture projects, preferably in workplace technology and the modern workplace environment.
- Strong knowledge and experience designing and implementing Intune, Microsoft 365, Windows 365, mobile device management, Microsoft and Apple operating systems, compliance, security strategies, and remote access.
- Ability to transform complex technologies into user-friendly, high-performance, maintainable infrastructures and think in end-to-end processes.
- Experience in quality management, including defining standards, test design, automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- German language proficiency at least at B2–C1 level, spoken and written.
- Develop dynamic and flexible IT infrastructures for the modern workplace using Intune, Microsoft 365, and Windows 365.
- Define a mobile device strategy and work with Microsoft and Apple operating systems, focusing on compliance, security, and remote access.
- Drive innovation by introducing new ideas, integrating forward-looking IT strategies, and strengthening technological capabilities.
- Lead quality management by introducing high-quality IT solutions and establishing standards, metrics, and reviews to ensure sustainable quality.
- Monitor technologies and market trends, evaluate solutions, and provide well-founded recommendations for the further development of the IT vision.
- Work closely with product owners, security, and operations; orchestrate dependencies in the Agile Release Train and ensure smooth cross-team implementation.
- Experience in IT architecture projects in workplace technology and the modern workplace environment.
